Mallow Station is four kilometres from the house. Direct services to Cork and Dublin run hourly, more often during peak times. We'll meet you at the station if you give us notice.

The Munster Blackwater is one of Ireland's classic salmon rivers. Several fisheries along the stretch closest to Mallow, with day permits available. Spring fish from February, the main run from May.
